What is Klekt?

Klekt is a marketplace to buy and sell deadstock sneakers, streetwear and accessories.

How do I register an account?

You can register for a Klekt account after logging in with Facebook or email address. The registration process takes only 4 quick steps: enter your name, email address, password and continue. You will receive a confirmation email from Klekt with your login information. You can also create your account by clicking “Register” at the top of the page.

What items are eligible for purchase on Klekt?

All items have been authenticated by our experts and come with original box to be sure you're buying authentic products from the brand. We buy and sell deadstock (brand new with original box) sneakers, fashion and accessories.

Can I pay for my purchase on Klekt?

We accept payments via card; Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express. PayPal is accepted as well as payment directly from your bank account. Please note that we do not accept checks or money orders. You can also pay with your balance on Klekt (you get a discount voucher after registration).

Do you accept trades?

Klekt does not purchase items for trade. We just offer the platform to connect buyers and sellers in a safe environment where they can make a deal without any commissions involved. When someone offers an item for sale and you want to buy it and sell another one in return to recoup the costs, just let us know and we will delete that listing.

How do I ship an item?

Please wait until your seller receives confirmation from Klekt by email that he/she can mark the item as sold and agree on a shipping address with them. The seller is responsible for shipping the item to you. We only facilitate the communication between buyers and sellers so we can't take any responsibility of a deal going south or items being lost in transit!

We will refund your purchase if something goes wrong as long as you follow this procedure: You have 2 business days from when your seller marks an item as sold to contact us. This means that you can contact us before your seller ships the item or in 24 hours after he ships it with proof of the tracking number (in this case, please wait until your seller contacts Klekt by email). If we get a confirmation from both buyers and sellers about a correct transaction, we will refund you within 3 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellations as it is very difficult to find a replacement for the item you want to cancel. If something goes wrong with the transaction or your item(s) arrive damaged or different from what was advertised, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.

What is Klekt Balance?

Klekt provides an option to pay with your balance. All you need to do is top up your account with the amount of money you wish to spend, check out using it and get 20% off! Only items in full price categories are eligible for purchase using your Klekt Balance.

What kind of contact method do you have available?

You can contact the seller by email or Facebook. If for any reason, neither of these options is suitable or possible, please feel free to call us at +1 (212) 584-3049. We are happy to assist.

How do I know if an item is authentic?

We have an authentication department that checks every item before being sold on Klekt. Every item will come with original box and tags unless otherwise specified in the description or stated by the seller. You can always request additional pictures to make sure everything looks right.

If you are not sure about something, please do not hesitate to ask our experts for advice.

Can I use promo codes on Klekt?

Promo codes are offered periodically on Klekt, often through social media. We cannot guarantee that a coupon code will work before it's activated so please do not buy an item until it is valid and you have saved 20% of the purchase!

Why am I registered as based in the Netherlands?

That's because Klekt is located there. Please note that we do not accept any proposals from the Dutch territory (the company is based in Amsterdam) and you can only contact us from other countries.
