Q: Where are your clothes made?

All of my clothes are made-to-order, so I work with a small team of tailors in my city. This allows me to keep a close eye on the progress of your order and ensure that any problems are solved quickly.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

I do! Depending on what you're looking for, it may be possible for us to create it.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

During non-peak times (ie, summer), you should receive your package within 3 weeks of placing your order. If you live in a city with harsh winters, please allow an extra week or two for transit time. If this is unacceptable, please do not purchase!

A: What forms of payment do you accept?

I currently only accept PayPal. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience!

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk/large orders?

Yes, I offer a 10% discount on every item in your order If you'd like to place an order of three or more items at once, please feel free to contact me and I'll work with you.

Q: What is your refund policy?

If a package goes missing, please contact within 90 days of the purchase date. If it still hasn't shown up by then, I will gladly give you a full refund of your order. Unfortunately, if something happens during transit and your clothes don't arrive on time, I cannot give you a refund.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Due to the high costs of international postage, I'm currently only offering free shipping within Canada and the United States! I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you live outside of these countries but are still interested in my work, please contact me and we'll see if we can work something out.
